Returns

We have a 30-day Return Policy. You can either exchange or return your item within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

• For Online Paid Orders: Once we receive the item, the refund will be processed to the original account or card used to make the payment.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Please email your UPI ID and contact details to customercare@itnog.in so we can process your transfer.

Exchange

If you feel the product is not the right fit, you can always exchange it for the correct size. Please refer to our Exchange Policy guidelines or contact us for assistance with the exchange process.

Refunds

To initiate a refund, you will need to send the product back to us. Please include a note inside the package with your Order Number and the word “Refund” written clearly.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or phone regarding the approval of your refund.

• Condition: Please note that the returned item must be unused and in its original packaging.

• Timeline: Once we receive the item, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 working days.

• Deductions: Refunds are processed only for the cost of the products returned. Any other charges, such as Shipping charges, COD charges, or additional fees, are non-refundable.

Refund Methods:

• Online Paid Orders: The refund will be credited to the same card or UPI ID used to make the payment.

• Cash on Delivery Orders: The refund will be transferred to the UPI ID provided to our customer care email.

Cancellation

If you change your mind, you can cancel your order before the item is shipped. To cancel, please email your Order Number and the reason for cancellation to customercare@itnog.in.

We will process your cancellation refund within 7 to 10 working days.

Please Note: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
